Don't Forget The Kids This Weekend!

This year, the annual Spring Downtown Lofts Tour, May 3 - 4, has children from the Downtown Children's Center, located at 22nd and Washington, manning their first fundraising effort. On Saturday and Sunday afternoons, from 12 Noon until 5:00 p.m., they are hosting their Kids Lemonade Stand on Washington Avenue. 100% of the food and beverages donated by Kevin McGowan will go toward helping to erect a block-long playground.
